December 2010 - Happy to Announce that Jerry made it back safely to the U.S.A. - So many thanks to those who prayed for him and those who wrote to him and kept his spirits up while he was in Iraq!
Many of you know Jerry Kordsmeier from our class of 1979. He will be leaving for Iraq on January 5th, 2010. Please support him and also keep him in your prayers while he is at war. The Reunion is now over but what an awesome time everyone had. We hope you enjoyed yourself if you were able to make it. There were over 100 on Friday night and 150 on Saturday. If you missed it please make sure you visit our photo albums on the website they are unbelievable ! If you have photos please upload them to our website. We also had some money leftover from the reunion and have put it towards keeping the website up and running. There is a new website donations tab to the left where you can make a donation as little as $5.00 to keep the the website going and towards the next reunion. Thanks to all of you who have made a donation - we could not have done it without you !

TICKETS ARE NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE. THE TICKET PRICE IS FOR BOTH NIGHTS AND UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO SPLIT THE PRICE BETWEEN NIGHTS. WE WERE ABLE TO KEEP THE COST DOWN DUE TO NUMEROUS DONATIONS BUT THE PRICE INCLUDES YOUR SOUVENIRS AND MEMORY BOOK. WRISTBANDS WILL BE GIVEN OUT BOTH NIGHTS AT THE DOOR FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BOUGHT TICKETS.

Welcome 1979 Classmates - We have been working so hard for our 30 year reunion. Please add your information to the classmates tab at the left and explore the website. Friday night 10/23 there will be a Mix and Mingle at Smokey's in Sherwood located at 6511 Warden Road and Saturday night 10/24 we will have a dinner and live band at the VFW located at 6704 Old Highway 67 in Jacksonville in a private club room. Smoking is not allowed in the room we have reserved however it is available outside and in a separate bar area.

If you did not receive one please contact us to ensure we have you on our list with a correct address. 30 Years - Where Has the Time Gone? This was such a great class and the 10 year and 20 year reunions were a trip down memory lane. Wouldn't it be great if we could reach out to more of our classmates since we now have facebook, email, myspace and technology that didn't exist in 1979. Remember the old typewriters we used in class where we had a white chalk strip of paper in case we made a mistake.... Oh wow how the years have changed.
